Wrongful Death Asbestos & Mesothelioma
ATTORNEY BLOG January 23, 2010 Pedestrian Death Jessica Finlay, who had been struck by a car at 80th Avenue and Foster in Porltland in November 2009, has died. She and her friend, Lindsay Leonard, were crossing Foster Road in a crosswalk when they were both struck. The firm represents the Estate of Lindsay Leonard. The Portland Police have not release its report.
