Mr. Vangelisti is AV Peer Review Rated, and he is a Past President of the Oregon Chapter of the Federal Bar Association. He is currently serving a three-year term as a Lawyer Representative to the Ninth Circuit Judicial Conference. Mr. Kocher is a graduate of Harvard Law School and Harvard College. Before becoming a partner with Vangelisti Kocher LLP, he was an attorney at Oregon's largest law firm from 2001 to 2006. His law practice has included personal injury, employment, class actions and other complex civil litigation in state and federal courts across the country.
