Dear Friends, Clients and Colleagues: We would like to share with you news and successes from the first year of our injury law firm. For some of you this is also our firm announcement. We will try to stay in better touch! Our Cases - Personal Injury Since January 2006, we have represented individuals and families in personal injury matters including: defective products automobile / bicycle / pedestrian premises liability and wrongful death child sexual abuse nursing home neglect burn injuries Our Team - Attorneys, Staff and Consulting Experts         Richard Vangelisti Richard has focused on civil litigation and trial work since 1995 when he graduated from SMU Law School (law review editor-in-chief; Order of the Coif). Richard serves as a Representative to the Ninth Circuit Judicial Conference.  He recently served as President of the Oregon Chapter of the Federal Bar Association.   Scott Kocher Scott is a graduate of Harvard Law School and a native Oregonian. He practiced in the Trial Practice Group at Stoel Rives LLP from 2001 until he co-founded Vangelisti Kocher LLP in January 2006. Scott serves on the OSB Products Liability Executive Committee, and on the board of Chamber Music Northwest. Jamie Telegin Ms. Telegin holds a B.A. from the University of California at Santa Cruz, and a paralegal certificate. She is Co-Chair of the Legal Staff Section of the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association.  When she is not assisting firm clients, she can be found at the dog park with her magnificent pair of Irish Wolfhounds. Recently, Scott has achieved several small but significant bicycle and pedestrian safety improvements with the City of Portland.
